Volunteer Positions

Horse Leaders:
Must have previous horse experience and at least 13 years old. Leaders must be very calm and enjoy being around horses. Must be able to walk for up to an hour. Some running may be involved if a team is trotting a horse.

Sidewalkers:
No previous experience required. Must be at least 13 years old and able to walk for up to an hour.

Other Volunteer Needs

Stable Hands:
Given the nature of horses, there is always a need to clean the stalls, tack and groom the horses.

Occasional Needs:
On occasion, there is the need for hard work involving stall maintenance, fence work, and general ranch maintenance. Usually the word gets out when some major effort is needed. It’s good for the body and soul!
